Hi! I’m here with a very important announcement. Pancakes. I looooooove Pancakes. Because I love them so so much, I found a way to enjoy them guilt free! I make these pancakes literally 3x a week. I love the flavor so much I actually prefer them over any other recipe. They are light and airy and are SO good with honey and fruit. Sometimes I actually add blueberries or banana into the pancake itself! I highly recommend trying these out for yourself!
Gluten Free, Dairy Free Pancakes (about 6-8 small pancakes)
Bisquick Gluten Free Pancake and Baking Mix (1 cup)
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1 cup of almond milk
Heat a nonstick pan on medium heat. Get it nice and toasty! Mix the above ingredients until smooth and use an over-sized spoon to form small circles onto the pan. Flip when you see bubbles forming. Serve with honey (my favorite!) or just about any of your favorite pancake toppings. Enjoy!
